Delivering an Affordability strategy that works
Our casual dining client had an opportunity around affordability. Market Research showed that the largest complaint from customers was it was too expensive although we received high marks for quality of the food. Providing an entry level Feasts for 4 allowed us to build on the history of Family Style Dining with an encouragement of trade up. What we saw was although the price point was $40 advertised, the customers typical traded up and added on delivering an average check of $86+. In addition, we introduced this on all order channels meaning we saw a jump in online orders. Roughly 25% of orders included this meal program. This allowed for us to also trade up with LTO news that provided an opt in for customers. The true approach of "drive 'em in and trade 'em up"

Building Social Engagements
Concern: A restaurant brand that was exiting out of bankruptcy after a carve out needed a successful transition and rebuilding marketing plans for the ground up.
Approach: Worked with client to secure data including Circana info, brand research, ops metrics to identify opportunities. Built a two year plan around driving awareness and recapturing lost visits. Created collaborative sessions with operations and finance to ensure buy in and strategy alignment. Brought forward new SEO, media and PR firm centered on brand awareness. Created customer centric programs that addressed entry level affordability while introducing new premium menu items.
Results: Increase in awareness after one year with customers returning to the brand. Influencer strategy drove consumer engagement on social channels along with creating a natural approach of new influencers approaching the client vs us seeking them out. Increase of +140% in social engagement on Instagram and TikTok. Grew followers by +50k. Sales shifted from double digit negative to positive comp sales in eight months.

Relaunching Delivery across all platforms
Concern: As a company purchase happened, we had to relaunch the restaurant brand across key delivery players. Knowing that the food delivery business is highly incremental, we leveraged a combination of advertising spend, price increase, and discounted offers to capture new users.
Approach: A combination of investment in sponsor listing and A/B testing with influencing purchase behavior allowed for the brand to jump into the top ten area of restaurant options on the brand. In addition, we implemented a customer recapture approach to ensure customers returned for a second time.
Results: Saw a +14% swing from month over month performance. Includes an increase in first time users and a decrease in abandoned cart behavior. The promotional activity also allowed for the brand to increase digital messaging across the board
